The role of Sales Supervisor includes being responsible for facilitating sales, understanding, communicating and contributing to achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, working alongside the GM to coordinate schedules and maximizing sales performance at each location (Havensight and Crown Bay) based on guest volume and needs. The Sales Supervisor must also
meet with Shopping Guides (PL's) on all ship visits, reporting meeting details to GM in an effort to support PL development and to improve overall promotion and sales.
Duties + Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead the Sales Team to provide guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate the performance of sales associates weekly to continually improve sales skills.
• Setting sales targets, in coordination with GM in order to motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain a constant line of communication with GM and Sales and Marketing teams
• Providing the GM with an accurate inventory update to facilitate ordering on a weekly basis.
• Lead by example, be a responsible, reliable sales associate, support team unity by demonstrating an exceptional work ethic, determination to achieve sales results, and pride in the store's appearance and sales performance.
• Work in the showrooms on the most important sales days, including high volume days.
• Support and conduct weekly sales training meetings, demonstrating optimal customer service practices, building guest rapport, and closing the sale.
• Meet with Shopping Guides in-store, provide feedback for the Nightly Report regarding traffic flow, referrals received and overall sales performance. Work with Sheryl, Jamie and Bryan to improve PL performance.
Qualifications:
• Education: College degree preferred, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of two years in hospitality, retail sales and/or sales management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication, coaching abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Compensation:
• $20/ Hour. Minimum 40 hours/week + commission and performance-based sales bonuses.
